At Northernheir, every project begins with what already exists: the home’s architecture, the pieces with history, and the life you want to build around them. We layer in vintage finds, American-crafted furnishings, and future heirlooms that feel as though they have always belonged.

Our work isn't about filling a house with new things. It's about making thoughtful choices that honor craftsmanship, preserve character, and create rooms with lasting depth.

Our Approach

  • Setting the Vision

    FLATE RATE: $600

    Interior Concept: We’ll create a tailored concept with mood boards, color & material story, lighting, textile, & decor recommendations, furniture selections, all while finding moments to incorporate sustainable and vintage pieces.

    Proof of Concept: We’ll apply our Interior Concept to a selection of rooms (up to 5). This proof of concept comes to life via room specific mood boards that reference the types of furnishings, hardware, linens, accessories and wall coverings to use.

    Review & Adjustments: We’ll present the style plan for review and refine it once to align with your feedback.

  • Making it Real

    HOURLY RATE: $75

    Spacial Planning: After the vision has been set we’ll work with you to make it real. This consists of an onsite home visit where we take detailed measurements of both the room as it relates to furnishings & function.

    Furnishing Sourcing: Based on our original plan, we’ll source unique, sustainably made, or vintage pieces. You’ll approve each item before we proceed with purchasing.

  • Bringing it to Life

    HOURLY RATE: $75

    Room Installation & Styling: Our team installs and arranges your space, integrating additional design details and your cherished items.

    Final Walkthrough: We’ll ensure everything meets your expectations and make any final adjustments.

    *All painting, wallpapering, etc… must be completed by third-party contractors. Client is responsible for managing third-party contractors.
